Overall a good experience. Correct value for money. The structure appears externally resounding, but after visiting the interior spaces, one realizes that the four stars have been awarded some time ago. The hotel has a large car park, which was widely available at the time of my visit. I found it particularly positive that the breakfast staff prepares the coffees and cappuccinos by hand, but I would have preferred it even more if the cappuccino milk had been fresh and not UHT. If I have to stay overnight in the area again, I would come back. Additional note: I recommend the adjacent restaurant "La Faraona", I ate quite well at a fair price.

They advertise a double and two single can take 2 to 3 but in reality they can only take 2. There are no couches or pull outs in the rooms. I shared a room with my young kids and had three in a double beds. Front desk was rudely persistent about knowing who was staying in which room. Good points: they booked a cab for us and they accommodated us with an early cold breakfast at 0400hrs. It was also easy to take on the bus system. Bus C and E will get you there with a short walk.

Nice big room and good facilities. Next to the hotel there was also an italian restaurant (very important in my opinion because there are no other places in this area to go in the afternoon if you don't want to go to the centre of Bergamo. The room was really clean and the staff really helpful. The only disadvantage was that the curtains have to be close all the time if you don't want the others to be able to see inside the room.

Nice hotel with big cosy rooms. Good customer relations and great breakfast - both diverse and tasty. My room had some problems with doorlock, but that can be fixed 😁 Also the bathroom has a big enough shower. The parking lot has enough space, althoe busses have problem parking.

Very comfortable hotel, quiet and well situated. We were attending a wedding close by and there were no issues with our stay. The breakfast was good, a nice selection of pastries, cereal, fruit and assorted cakes. There was coffee and hot chocolate as well as an assortment of fruit juices. The staff were nice and not overly intrusive.

Clean hotel and average breakfast. Far from Bergamo need a car or bus. Unfortunately the A/C was not good and was sweating all the night.

very welcoming and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room , timely cleaning !!! , healthy and varied breakfast. The hotel has its own restaurant is not bad , a large selection of menus for dinner . We often traveles married couple , and have seen many hotels , hotel executive - we loved to!!!) thanks friend!!!

Clean and consistent. Good location for reaching the industrial areas nearby, easy reach of BGY. Restaurant next door is nice. Found it a touch noisy on occasions, but I live in a very quiet place, so this should not be taken too seriously.
